1. Are Boste packages only for healthcare professionals?

No. Although Boste’s business model is centred around benefiting healthcare professionals, we welcome investments from anyone who is looking for a low-risk, hassle free investment with competitive return.

2. Where is my investment going?
 

All investments are used to purchase and manage residential properties in the UK. All capital is therefore backed by physical property.

3. Will I pay tax on my annual returns?

Yes. You will have to pay tax on any capital gains. However, we would advise you to discuss tax efficient options with your accountant.

4. Can I withdraw my initial investment before the agreed contract period?

Yes. You can request your initial investment back early as outlined in your individual contract. Early contract termination fees will apply, unless there are exceptional circumstances, which will be detailed in your contract.

5. I have £7000 I’d like to invest, however there are no investor packages for this amount. Can I have an individual package tailored to me?

Yes. We create individual contracts depending on the size of your investment. The duration of your investment contract and the % annual return on investment will change accordingly. 

6. How will I be paid my annual interest?

Payments will be made via direct bank

transfer to your designated bank account, unless otherwise stated in your contract. An option to re-invest the earned annual interest back into Boste LTD will also be available, for the duration of the contract period, to those wanting to earn compounded interest on their initial investment.

7. What are Boste Background checks?

This entails a friendly phone call to discuss your financial situation and savings goals, in order to establish if we can offer the right investment for you.

8. Are the figures used in the example investor packages representative?

Yes. These figures represent the prospective returns over the set contract period with compounded interest, before tax.

9. Is Boste Ltd Regulated?
